		REGARDING TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS: New Image Creations expects the Client to perform the research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. New Image Creations is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. ADDITIONAL WORK: Should Client require additional artwork beyond the scope of the standard logo package (either concurrently with the logo project or at a later date), the Client will be offered a price list for other corporate identity or graphic items. Additional work will be done after prepaying add-on services in full.

*Once you receive the designs created for you based on your
requirements: You have the option to either accept or reject the designs.
Multiple free revisions are allowed.

* Charges are applied after initial design is released.

* You have 24 hours after acceptance of Final design to change your
mind.

* After 24 hours, you will not be entitled to additional changes. However,
through our satisfaction guarantee offer, you may request multiple
changes Prior to Final Acceptance. Once final design is approved, the
24 hr mark takes into affect.


Refund Policy: Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale
value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will redesign it.
If customer is not satisfied with the design, we'll make the said changes FREE till
the Customer is satisfied. No Refunds or Credit.

Legal Agreement:
All the rights of the finalized logo and artwork New Image Creations has created and designed for its clients
belong to the client it was designed for. New Image Creations does not hold any rights of the logo created
(provided that final payment has been received from the client). New Image Creations retains rights to display
the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials,
which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of New
Image Creations.
